Delivery cost is based on the weight of the products in the cart and destination of the package. This calculation is done on the Checkout page where the customer must chose the destination country from the drop-down menu.
We ALWAYS use the SHIPPING address provided by customer in the process of checkout or registration – neither Billing nor PayPall addresses will be considered. That’s why make sure you filled the correct data when asked, please – otherwise the delivery of your package could be delayed or even compromised. Providing the information about your phone number is not mandatory but is highly appreciated since some couriers (DPD for example) require this information.
We try to dispatch all orders in a 3-day period after purchase.
If some item is out of stock the customer is able to place an order but the notification for “backorder” will be displayed. In such case delivery time will be longer than usual.
The standard delivery service is Priority AirMail Registered via Bulgarian Posts.
For neighboring countries ECONT courier can be used upon additional negotiation.
For EU countries DPD courier can be used when this service is preferable.
In all cases a tracking number will be provided.
In case the customer has particular preference for the way of shipping (courier, insurance etc.) it’s highly recommended to contact us via Contact form prior to make an order. We always do our best to please our clients and will take into account the customer’s preferences.
Note: Some products available on the store are lightweight and with negligible price. In order to not load the customer with shipping fees these products are shipped with Regular AirMail NON-Trackable. This will be clearly stated in the corresponding product’s page, however.
